I joined Dee’s eight-week summer program and I’m so happy I did. As a mom of two, I couldn’t figure out where to start with limited time and strength. My second c-section had left me with a four-finger-wide diastasis and a core that felt shattered. While I was ready to get moving again, I wanted to ensure that any exercise I did was safe for my condition. Dee’s expertise was a godsend, and the format was perfect for a busy mom like me. I was able to do the videos while my son napped, at my own pace, and in the comfort of my own home. Not only that, but Dee offered so much one-on-one support and guidance, and the video progression was excellent (with the option of various lengths). While I haven’t lost pounds on the scale yet, I can see the difference in my body, and my strength has vastly improved. Most importantly my diastasis is down to one finger width! Thank you Dee for teaching me so much, motivating me to move, and helping me to be a stronger badass mama!
