I’m a person who has always dabbled with fitness trends with the hope of toning and strengthening my body – with varying degrees of success. It all got a lot harder after pregnancy. Having two children in 19 months (and being in my late 30s), I was left with a small diastasis, and a chronic tailbone issue. Not only that, but my general mobility and strength were pretty poor. When I started working with Dee I became a Pilates convert. Dee is a total professional, and her online programs are the next best thing to working with her in person. Her explanations of the moves are expert, and it’s shocking to me how good my body feels after a class. My mobility has increased, my abs are engaging again, and I love that the videos are mine to keep so I can return to them again and again. I can’t recommend Dee and her program more highly. Get moving mamas! You won’t regret it.

Wow, wow, wow! I signed up for Dee’s Summer 2019 program and the video series went completely beyond my expectations. I assumed we’d be served up one video per week, however there were actually three or four videos per week, with occasional bonus content. Every class was well filmed, and the instruction was so great that I could simply turn my iPhone volume up and not even have to look closely at the video to follow along. It was perfect for my summer travels when I wanted to maintain my movement routine. Dee also provided a ton of support to those who had signed up via email and Facebook – another bonus I was not expecting. This came in handy because I’m pregnant and needed some guidance on modifications at times. Another great thing about the classes is that they range from an easy 25 min spine mobility class to a relatively challenging, longer, glute-activating class. Truly awesome. I’d sign up over and over and over again. Thank you Dee!

I joined Dee’s eight-week summer program and I’m so happy I did. As a mom of two, I couldn’t figure out where to start with limited time and strength. My second c-section had left me with a four-finger-wide diastasis and a core that felt shattered. While I was ready to get moving again, I wanted to ensure that any exercise I did was safe for my condition. Dee’s expertise was a godsend, and the format was perfect for a busy mom like me. I was able to do the videos while my son napped, at my own pace, and in the comfort of my own home. Not only that, but Dee offered so much one-on-one support and guidance, and the video progression was excellent (with the option of various lengths). While I haven’t lost pounds on the scale yet, I can see the difference in my body, and my strength has vastly improved. Most importantly my diastasis is down to one finger width! Thank you Dee for teaching me so much, motivating me to move, and helping me to be a stronger badass mama!
