12 weeks of programming
3 Pilates + 2 strength training classes each week
Classes range from 30-45min in length
Easy to understand cueing and instruction
Classes focus on specific to Moms realignment and posture mobility + strengthening
Progressive core loading and pelvic floor loading
A build up to impact training or running
